What we do

Apps of our own

We design, build and run our own products, end to end. The first one, DojoLens, is a technique coach for martial arts schools and their students.

AI in the workflow

AI agents plan, write, review and test code alongside us. That lets a small team move like a big one, without skipping the parts that make software trustworthy.

Built to be trusted

Private by default, tested on every change, and readable by people. When the software makes a judgement, a person can always see why, and overrule it.

DojoLens

A second pair of eyes in the dojang.

DojoLens follows martial arts technique through a phone's camera. Students get feedback on every rep in their instructor's own words. Schools get belt grading that stays consistent from test to test. The instructor always makes the call.

    We learn the terrain first: who it's for, what they do today, and what a good day looks like for them.

    Build

    People and AI agents build in small, reviewable steps. Nothing lands in one big unreadable drop.

  3. 03

    Prove

    Automated review, tests and checks run on every change, and a person reads the result before it merges.

  4. 04

    Ship and tend

    We release in the open, watch how it behaves, and keep improving it. Software is never really finished.

Where we are

Rooted in Conroe.

We work out of Conroe, Texas, in Montgomery County, about forty miles north of Houston, between Lake Conroe and the Sam Houston National Forest.

It's a good place to build things: close enough to the city to stay sharp, far enough into the pines to think clearly.

What we stand for
