DojoLens for schools

Coming soon · for martial arts schools

A second set of eyes on every student’s technique.

DojoLens’s pose AI measures each graded take against your school’s criteria for each belt. It flags the takes it isn’t sure about and hands them to your instructors, who decide. Your standards hold from class to class and from test to test.

Illustration. Every score stays a shadow score until your school trusts it for that technique. Your instructors decide.

What the AI measures

The criteria you already grade, measured the same way every time.

Each technique comes with a starter rubric that you adjust to your school. The AI scores the criteria it can see in a body’s movement. The ones that need a teacher’s eye, like power, spirit and gaze, stay yours to score.

Ap chagifront kick

  • Chamber the knee to hip height or above
  • Extend the leg fully
  • Keep the supporting foot grounded

Dollyo chagiturning kick, with a front view for the turn

  • Kick at middle-section height or above
  • Turn the hip over
  • Pivot on the supporting foot

Yeop chagiside kick

  • Chamber the knee high, towards the chest
  • Extend the leg fully
  • Keep heel, hip and shoulders in one line

Arae makgilow block

  • Start the block from the other shoulder
  • Finish with the arm nearly straight
  • Stop the fist just above the knee
  • Pull the other fist back to the hip

How it works

The AI sorts. Your instructors decide.

01Set the bar

Your rubric, by belt

Choose techniques from the content packs and set the criteria, weights and belt levels, starting from a ready-made rubric.

02Record

A clean take, every time

Students record a graded take on a phone. An on-device check makes sure the whole body is in frame and the phone is still before recording starts.

03Score & route

Shadow scores with reasons

The AI scores each criterion and routes the take to recommend or instructor review, and picks some at random for an audit.

04Decide

A person makes the call

Instructors watch the clip with its skeleton, override any criterion and decide: pass, retry or fail. Rank stays a human decision.

Instructor views

Everything an instructor needs, nothing they don’t.

On a phone at the side of the mat, or in the coach console in any browser.

Fair grading

Know your grading is fair, and prove it.

The consistency report compares your instructors with each other and with the AI, for every criterion and every belt test. The AI only earns a bigger role for a technique once it agrees with your instructors as well as they agree with each other.

  • Weighted κ and ICC, the standard agreement measures, in plain words: fair, moderate, substantial.
  • Each instructor’s latest review counts once, compared with the score they were shown.

For the whole school

Your dojang’s standards, in one place.

  • Classes, rosters and invitations. Import a roster and invite families by email.
  • Assignments and belt tests. Set practice between classes and graded takes for a test.
  • A queue that sorts itself, with the takes the AI is least sure about first.
  • Rank decisions and progress records, with each student’s record ready to export as CSV or PDF.
  • Phone and web. The same app runs as a coach console in the browser.

Between classes

Your students keep training when the dojang is closed.

Assign practice, and students get feedback on every rep at home, in your instructors’ approved words. Stretches run hands-free against each student’s own baseline. Only keypoints come back to you, never video.

Styles

One engine, many styles.

Each style arrives as a content pack: techniques, what to measure, starter rubrics and safety notes, all reviewed by instructors.

Privacy by design

Built for families’ trust.

Keypoints in practice

The practice camera has no recording output. Only body keypoints and measurements reach your school.

Consent for each purpose

Guardians consent purpose by purpose, versioned, and can take that consent back.

Retention that runs itself

Stored clips are swept away automatically once their retention period ends.

Each school walled off

Every school’s data is kept apart at the database level, and admins can delete a student’s data.
